These strips would later reappear for filler, whether a comic got censored or Scott Ruhl was feeling lazy, but July 2001 was the first time they actually appeared.
Scott Ruhl: This was the second comic drawn featuring Bud's sadistic little brother. I wish I had featured him more often, as I do admire his entrepreneurship.
